Refund policy

1. General policy

This policy describes payments, cancellations, and refunds for consultation, debt strategy advisory, and evaluation services. Your signed agreement also governs service scope and fees.

2. Statutory cancellation rights

Where applicable by law, you may cancel without penalty by giving written notice before a legally mandated rescission period expires.

3. Completed and unfulfilled services

Fully rendered services

Fees for work already completed and delivered are non-refundable outside applicable statutory rights.

Unearned advance fees

If an agreement ends before agreed milestones are completed, unearned advance amounts will be recalculated and the eligible portion refunded.

Initial inquiries

There is no fee to submit an initial inquiry.

4. Requesting a refund

Submit your name, contact details, agreement number, and reason for the request.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your financial institution.
