What We Do Not Offer

Our business is limited to settling qualifying unsecured consumer debt.

Is debt settlement the same as debt consolidation?

No. Debt settlement means negotiating existing debt. Debt consolidation generally means taking out new financing to repay existing debts. Carson provides debt settlement only; we do not provide, arrange, or broker loans.

Before you enroll

Creditors are not required to accept a settlement. Results, savings, and completion times vary and are not guaranteed. Missed payments may damage your credit, increase interest and fees, and lead to collection activity or lawsuits. Forgiven debt may have tax consequences; consult a qualified tax professional.

An inquiry does not enroll you or authorize account access. Services, fees, and payment terms require a written debt settlement service agreement and must comply with applicable federal and state law.
